In 2009, Tom founded Watts Capital Partners LLC, a wealth management firm in New York, which has since merged with WealthEdge, where he is now the director of investments.


In building a business, Tom has emphasized maintaining a balance between work and personal life. In his spare time, Tom and his wife Olivia enjoy skiing, cycling, traveling, and spending time with their friends.
